Hi there — thank you for coming to this site! As you can see, it is a work in progress, but as I already have some pre-release copies of Dawn of August: Salt and Vultures out, I wanted to make sure there was a place where I could begin collecting feedback and responses. I would be honest in saying that the first book is not likely to change much as a result of this feedback; that said, it is very helpful to collect your thoughts and ideas so that: 

• (1) I have a better understanding of different types of readers' reactions to the book and 

• (2) I have a better understanding of my strengths / weakness for if / when I decide to try to have this novel published. 

Please don't feel like you need to protect my ego OR conjure constructive criticism or feedback if you don't have any — what is important to me are your honest thoughts, feelings, and reactions. Also, feel free to engage any other comments you see if you agree/disagree with what they have to say. 

And of course I would also issue a warning that these comments may contain SPOILERS for Book 1: Salt and Vultures. If you haven't finished reading the book, you should probably wait to interact with this comment section.
